Jeffrey A. Sr, beloved husband of Shena Otis (nee Garvey), loving father of Alicia Garvey (Joseph Coots) and Jeffrey A. Otis Jr., cherished grandfather of Ryan Coots, dear son of Robert and Claudia Otis, brother of Desiree (Guy) Long, Robert Otis Jr. and Keith Otis (Kari). He was also loved by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Saturday June 3, 2017 age 46. Visitation Wednesday 5 PM until 8 PM at the Vitt, Stermer and Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd. Funeral service Thursday 10 am at the funeral home. www.vittstermeranderson.com
