Joanna C. (nee Fehr) beloved wife of the late Elmer G. Rutenschroer, loving sister of Charles (Nancy), the late Robert (Pat), William and Paul Fehr, dear aunt of Sue Ann Buop, Tom, Steve, David, Greg and Dennis Fehr, step-mother of Carol (Bill) Henning and Joyce Zigler. Passed away Monday, March 6, 2017. Visitation will be at the Vitt, Stermer and Anderson Funeral Home, 4619 Delhi Rd. Thursday 9:00AM until 11:00AM followed by a funeral service at Shiloh United Methodist Church 5261 Foley Rd. at 11:30AM. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati. www.vittstermeranderson.com
