Blevins, grandfather of Hayley, Olivia, Payton, Alyssa and Brooklyn, brother of Lenny (Karen) Blevins, Charity Carter, Rowland Carter, uncle of Jennifer, Rebecca, Benjamin, Missy and Margaret. Ricky was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Cheviot. Thursday, April 21 2016, age 61. Visitation Saturday 10 AM until time of service at 1 PM at the Vitt, Stermer and Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd.
