In lieu of flowers, the family as that donations be made to Donate Life America, an organ transplant support organization or that you register to be an Organ Donor.
Sandy was a fighter and her faith in God allowed her to defy many odds. She underwent a liver transplant 7 years ago due to liver cancer. The cancer came back 3 years ago and when she should have only made it 6 months, she defied all odds and made it 3 years. She has been the glue that held her family together for so long that it is hard to know how to move on without her. But, because she would expect us to, we will continue on and think of her every day. We know that she is now at peace and pain free in the Kingdom of God and most likely hanging out with her mom, Marie, and her best friend, Tracy Waynick.
