beloved husband of Juanita Raines (nee Bray), loving father of Thomas Raines, Amanda (Curtis) Raines, Jennifer Raines and the late Aaron Raines and step-father of Kerri (Artie) Wallace and Stacy Philpot, dear grandfather of Meranda, Arthur, Brianna, Cavin, Elijah, Mia, Sophia, Kailey, Khloe, Ava, dear brother of Pat (Dean) Rafford, Billy (June) Raines, Terry (Doris) Raines, Nancy (Tracy) Drees, Eddie (Brenda) Raines, Clayton "Audie" Raines and the late Dewge (Debbie- still living) Raines, many nieces and nephews, passed away suddenly Tuesday, August 14, 2018. Visitation will be at the Vitt, Stermer and Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd., Saturday, August 18th, from 9AM until time of funeral service 12 Noon.
