Vernon C. beloved husband of the late Shirley Espel (Stallo), loving father of Michael (Mary) Espel, dear grandfather of Erica (Brian) Miller, Jake (Valerie) Espel, Emily (Jason) Mayer, Frank Espel and great-grandfather of Jackson, Parker, Stella and Eva Mayer, Katelyn and Matthew Espel and Benjamin Miller, dear uncle of Larry Angst and Rob Moore and numerous special nieces and nephews, brother-in-law of Alma (Joe) Michael. Passed away Sunday, December 17, 2017. Visitation will be Wednesday at the Vitt, Stermer and Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd. from 5:00PM to 7:30PM and Thursday 9AM until time of funeral mass at 10:30AM at Bayley, 990 Bayley Dr. Delhi, OH 45233.
