With profound sadness and tender remembrance, we announce the passing of Alouise S. Ngendandumwe, who left this world on July 3, 2026, at age 48. Born on May 25, 1978, Alouise’s life was a tapestry of love, loyalty, and unwavering kindness. His journey, marked by a generous spirit and steadfast devotion to those he cherished, will forever remain in the hearts of the family and friends who now grieve his loss while celebrating the lasting imprint of his presence.
Alouise was the beloved husband of Suzana Vumilla, whose partnership and companionship stood as a true testament to enduring love. For Suzana, Alouise was a source of strength, laughter, and gentle understanding, an irreplaceable presence whose absence will be mourned deeply. He was a devoted brother to Banziriyubusa Caliniya and Singirankabo Angeline, who remember him for his steadfast support, his ability to listen without judgment, and his capacity to bring light even into difficult times. Together, their shared memories paint a portrait of a considerate brother—one whose encouragement and thoughtfulness will be sorely missed.
Alouise’s life was also shaped by the lasting legacy of his parents, Antonia Bariyumiliza and Salvtor Bariyumiliza, who preceded him in death. The values of compassion, resilience, and integrity that Antonia and Salvtor imparted helped guide Alouise in all his endeavors and relationships. Those left behind honor the devotion he held for his mother and father and the ways in which their guidance illuminated his path.
The tapestry of Alouise’s life is woven with meaningful relationships and milestones—quiet celebrations, unwavering loyalty to family, and the everyday acts of caring that defined his days. Though his path on this earth has come to its end, the memory of his gentle smile, warm presence, and selfless heart remains—a comfort and a beacon for all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Family, friends, and all those touched by Alouise's life are invited to pay their respects and celebrate his memory at a visitation on July 18, 2026, from 9:30 A.M. to 10:00 A.M., followed by a Mass at 10:00 A.M. at St. Leo the Great, 2573 Saint Leo Place, Cincinnati, OH 45225. Interment will take place at Baltimore Pike Cemetery, 3200 Costello Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45211. Each gathering will be an opportunity to honor Alouise—to reflect on the love he shared and the gifts he left behind.
As we come together in remembrance, may the legacy of Alouise S. Ngendandumwe continue to inspire us to cherish and support one another, just as he so effortlessly did throughout his days.
