Sports played a special role in Andrew’s life. He had a particular fondness for football and was a devoted supporter of the Cincinnati Bengals and the Michigan Wolverines. From cheering on his favorite teams to joining backyard games with family, Andrew’s enthusiasm for football was infectious. He also loved to dance, often lifting the spirits of those around him with his moves, reminding everyone to find happiness in life’s simple pleasures.
Andrew’s loving family survives him, including his father, Jimmy Schaaf, and his mother, Jamey Schaaf. He leaves behind his brothers, Braydon, Cody, and Dominic; his sister, Samantha; his sister-in-law, Kendal; and his sister, Lily. His grandparents, Robert Jr. and Kimberly Sonderman and James Sr. and Linda Schaaf, continue to cherish his memory, as do his uncles Robert III and Jimmy along with aunts Jamie and Michaela. Also a wide circle of cousins and friends will forever hold his memory close to their hearts.
