Andrew W. Zeiser, also known as " Uncle Peach" a beloved family member and friend, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2026, at the age of 92. He was born on August 20, 1933, in his home in Sedamsville. At the time of his passing, Andrew resided with his niece, Cathy Boone Dryden, her husband Charles, and their daughter, Mika, who had been his dedicated hospice-at-home caretaker since March 2025.
Andrew's life was richly woven with the threads of family. He is survived by an extensive and loving family, which includes 39 nieces and nephews, 108 great nieces and nephews, 138 great-great nieces and nephews, and 21 great-great-great nieces and nephews. The close-knit relationships he maintained throughout his life provided him joy and fulfillment.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Flora (nee Hartman) Zeiser, and by his siblings: Norbert, Robert, Harry, Alfred, Donald Zeiser, Florence Goins, Margaret Kruer, Adele Anderson, Vera Arszman, Thelma Bales, and Ruth Boone. Their memories and the legacy they shared with Andrew continue to be cherished by family and friends alike.
Andrew enjoyed a variety of hobbies that brought him pleasure and relaxation. He was fond of golfing, a pastime that allowed him to appreciate the beauty of nature and enjoy moments of tranquility. An avid fan of cooking shows, cop dramas, and westerns, he relished the stories and entertainment they provided. Andrew also had a soft spot for animals and indulged in his sweet tooth, embracing life’s simple pleasures with a quiet wonder.
A visitation to honor Andrew's life will take place on January 28, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at St. Dominic Church (Gathering Space) 4551 Delhi Rd.. Following the visitation, a Mass will be celebrated at the church at 10:00 AM, providing family and friends a time to reflect on the impact Andrew had on their lives. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 S. Loop Rd. Edgewood, KY 41017.
Andrew W. Zeiser will be sincerely missed, but his spirit and the memories he created will live on in the hearts of those he loved.
