Anna F. Mock

Anna F. Mock, born on November 12, 1948, has passed away peacefully on May 22, 2025. A beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, Anna's legacy is woven through the lives she touched and the love she shared.

Anna was known for her incredible talent and passion for painting, which was a reflection of her vibrant spirit and appreciation for beauty. She held a special affection for the Smoky Mountains, where numerous family memories were created, and she found joy in fishing trips with her late husband, Henry Mock. The laughter and happiness shared during these times will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew her.

Throughout her life, Anna was renowned for her caring nature and love for everyone around her. Her warmth and compassion for her family and friends created bonds that will last an eternity. She cherished her children, Laurel (Mike) Taylor, Heather (Brian) Creech, and Richard (JoAnn) Mock, nurturing them with love and guidance throughout their lives. As a grandmother, she delighted in the company of her grandchildren: Anna M. Mock, Chelsea (Dan) Dickerson, Jessica Creech, Hannah (Alex) Patterson, Scotty Creech, Dillon Mock, and Vinnie Mock. In her later years, she became a proud great-grandmother to Landon, Emerson, Olivia, and Charlotte, whose laughter filled her heart with immense joy.

Anna is preceded in death by her husband Henry Mock, parents Curtis and Lillian Baldwin as well as her brother Curtis Baldwin.  She is remembered by her sister-in-law Connie Baldwin and by her extended family to include several nieces and nephews, all of whom carry her memory forward.

Anna F. Mock leaves behind a legacy of love, creativity, and familial devotion. She was a shining light in the lives of those she loved, and her spirit will continue to inspire all who remember her fondly.
