Carl E. Siler

Carl E. Siler, a cherished family man and passionate outdoorsman, passed away on August 4, 2025, at the age of 84. Born on April 5, 1941, Carl embraced life with a warmth that resonated with all who knew him.

Carl's spirit was firmly anchored in the joys of fishing, hunting, and camping, pursuits that brought him endless joy and a profound connection to nature. He found solace and exhilaration in the great outdoors, sharing many unforgettable moments with family and friends. His love for the natural world was paralleled only by the deep affection he held for his grandchildren, with whom he cherished spending quality time.

Carl is survived by his devoted children: Vince (Tricia) Siler, Carl (Lynn) Massey, and Debbie (Bob) Roberts. He was a proud grandfather to Amber Johns, Felicia (Brandon) Johns, Jessica (Jay) Durbin, Dakota (Whitney) Roberts, Colton (Halie) Roberts, Megan Massey, Alex (Taylor) Massey Curtis (Kara) Siler and Kyle (Claire) Siler. The legacy of Carl's love extends to his great-grandchildren, Natalie, Meadow, Jordan, Savannah, Connor, Cooper, Parker, Cody, Max, Miley, Carter and Cohen all of whom were a source of great joy for him.

Carl's familial bonds also included beloved siblings Helen, Eddie, Donna, and Frankie, who will remember him for his kindness and generosity of spirit. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Judy Siler, and his other siblings whose memory he carried with him throughout his life.

Carl's visitation will be Friday, August 8th from 11 AM until time of funeral at 1 PM at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd.

Carl E. Siler leaves behind a rich tapestry of memories woven with love and adventure. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends but will always be remembered for the joy he brought into their lives and his unwavering dedication to those he loved.
