Daniel Kenneth Fox, born on September 6, 1938, in Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2025. A beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, Daniel's life was characterized by warmth, kindness, and a great sense of humor that brought joy to those around him.
Dan graduated from Elder High School, laying the foundation for a life that would be marked by hard work and dedication. He had a distinguished career in the Purchasing Department at Sysco Food Service, where he became known for his professionalism and commitment. His work ethic was inspiring, and he dedicated many years to his profession, earning the respect of his colleagues.
Throughout his lifetime, Daniel created forty years of wonderful memories with his family and friends. His greatest pride was being married for 40 years to his devoted wife, Joyce Fox (nee Nixon). He was father to his cherished daughters, Jennifer (John) Huntsman and Danielle (Simon) Golding. As a father, Daniel was loving and supportive, always encouraging his daughters in their endeavors and sharing in their triumphs.
Daniel's affection extended beyond his immediate family. He was the dear brother of Richard (Dolores) Fox and Nancy Bareswelt, and he shared a bond with his late brother, Thomas Fox. In addition to his family ties, Daniel was a man of diverse interests. Even in the face of challenges, including being legally blind, he found joy in activities such as bowling, showcasing his indomitable spirit and love for life.
Remembered as a good and kind man, Dan Kenneth Fox leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter that will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. His family grieves his loss but also celebrates a life well-lived, rich with cherished memories. Daniel will be deeply missed by those who had the privilege of calling him family and friend.
