Elizabeth A. "Betty" Taylor, cherished wife, devoted mother, proud grandmother, and beloved member of her community, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2026. Born on January 22, 1966, Betty's life was marked by a deep love for family, nature, and the simple joys that brought warmth to her home.
Betty found great delight in camping, where she embraced the serenity of the outdoors, creating cherished memories that underscored her fiery adventurous spirit. Equally important to her was the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren—Savanna, Zachary, Mason, and Mariah—who were her pride and joy. Betty's affection extended to her faithful dog, Sadie, whose companionship brought comfort and happiness throughout the years. A whimsical collector, Betty also cherished her gnomes, which reflected her lighthearted and joyful nature.
She is lovingly remembered by her husband of over 40 years, Ronald Taylor, who stood as her steadfast partner through life’s journey. Her legacy continues through her children: Melinda (Joe) Benjamin, Cecilia (John) Gardner, and Victoria (Jake) Taylor. The close bonds she nurtured with her grandchildren remain a testament to the depth of her love. Betty's family circle also embraces her sister, Linda (Alan) Titgemeyer, along with many nieces and nephews who carry forward her spirit. Among those who hold her memory dear are her sister-in-law, Jennie Kerr, and her loving in-laws, Ronald and Alice Taylor.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Helen Kerr, and her siblings Michael, Thomas, and William Kerr, who await her in another realm.
Family and friends will gather for a visitation on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home Delhi, located at 4619 Delhi Pike, Cincinnati, Ohio 45238. Elizabeth A. Taylor’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her—a testament to a life well-lived, rich with love, laughter, and the simple, profound joys of family and nature.
