Forwalt (nee Hess), loving father of Vicki (Ray) Hogan, Joette Pennington, Ann Smith, David Forwalt and Doug Forwalt, dear grandpa of Amy (Luke) Jacobs, John (Pam) Pennington, Jason (Emily) Cobb, Monica (Chris) Nieman, Brenda (Craig) Trammell, Rhonda (Brandon) Cable, Craig Smith, Joseph (Summer) Forwalt, Amanda (Steve) Vinup, Tessa Forwalt and great grandpa of 18, dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Passed away suddenly, Friday, December 30, 2022. Age 87. Visitation will be Friday, January 6, 2023 at the Anderson Ferry Church of Christ, 380 Greenwell Ave. from 10AM until time of service at 12 Noon.
