Joseph A. Kaeser Sr.

Joseph A. Kaeser, a cherished family man and veteran, passed away on July 6, 2025, at the age of 93. Born on May 2, 1932, Joe devoted his life to his family, his country, and his interests. He served honorably in the Navy. 

Joe was a person of many passions. He enjoyed vacations with his family, creating memories that will be treasured for generations. His love for reading and solving crossword puzzles brought him joy and kept his mind sharp throughout his life.

Joe is survived by his beloved children, Susan (Al) Fuson, Joe (Jane) Kaeser Jr., Roger Kaeser, Joyce Kaeser, Jim Kaeser, Mary Jo (Mark) Bailey, Laura (Gary) Deitsch, Joann Kaeser, and Fred (the late Stacy) Kaeser. His legacy will also live on through his grandchildren, Jessica (Wes), Alex (Hunter), Jasmin (Michael), Samantha, Megan (Josh), Rachel (Nick), Nicholas, Brayden, Sadie, Hunter, and Hazel. He took delight in the arrival of his great-grandchild, Olivia. He also enjoyed spending time with his extended family.

Joe was preceded in death by his first wife Mary Kaeser, and then Loretta Kaeser, as well as siblings Charlotte (Norb) Bath, Rosemary (Butch) Ott, Fred (Edna) Kaeser, Max (Bonnie) Kaeser, Carolyn (John) Corns, Doris (Louis-living) Korte, and Margaret Kaeser. 

Visitation for Joseph A. Kaeser will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Gathering Space of St. Dominic Church, located at 4551 Delhi Road, Cincinnati, OH 45238. A Mass celebrating his life will follow at 10:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Joe's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org)

Joseph A. Kaeser will be remembered for his unwavering love for his family, his dedication to serving his country, and his passion for life. His warmth and kindness have left an indelible mark on all who knew him.
