Mary Louise (nee Muething) Beloved wife of the late Charles S. Blase, MD. Loving mother of C. Kevin (Mary Lyn) Blase, Phyllis B. (John) Overmann, Gregory M. (Marta) Blase, M. Hollis (Cyrus) Cottrell, Celeste Blase (James) Tuvin & Brendan T. Blase, also nine grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Sunday, April 4, 2004. Friends may call Tuesday, April 6, 5:30-8:00 PM at the Anderson, Baiter & Sahnd Funeral Home 3412 Clifton Ave. Requiem High Mass will be Wednesday at 10:00 AM at St. Gertrude the Great Roman Catholic Church 11144 Reading Rd., Sharonville. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
