 Mike is survived by his beloved wife Susan Walters (Graffagnino) and preceded in death by his former wife Doreen Walters, loving father of Paul Joseph "PJ" Walters, Valerie (Dub) Statzer, William (Angela) Walters and Brad Walters, step-father of Sherry, Shayna, Kaleigh, Tyler, Casey and Noah, son of Martha and the late Bud Walters, brother of Donna (Butch) Lipps, Chuck (Laura) Walters, Danny (Donna) Walters, Jeff Walters, Sherry (Dave) Ehling and the late Doug Walters, also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and so many friends.   

   Mike worked at Glenway Chevrolet for 26 years and then moved to Joseph Chevrolet for 10 years before retiring.  Mike lived for Forth of July fireworks, family and being at home with his dogs.   

   Mike passed away peacefully at home with his family on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at the age of 67. A celebration of life will be held from 1 P.M. to 5 P.M. on August 10, 2024 at 4038 Calihan Road, West Harrison, Indiana 47060. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Delhi Skirt Game.
