Beloved husband of Jane for 52 years. Loving father of David (Caty) Janzen of Montreal, Canada, Karen (Bobby) Emig of Cincinnati, OH. and Kathy (Mark) Raffenberg of Cincinnati, OH. Dear "Poppy" of Jamie, Craig, Ian, Nikki, Erin, Megan, Oceanne, Sierra and Alyssun. Brother of Bill (Joan) Janzen of Toronto, Canada and the late Doreen Humphries of Vancouver, Canada, also brother-in-law of Ann (Darwin) Harrison of Edmonton, Canada. Numerous nieces and nephews. Passed away suddenly Tuesday, November 6, 2012. Age 75.

Murray was born in Saskatchewan, Canada. He graduated from the Uuniversity of Saskatchewan in 1960 with degree in Civil Engineering. He married Jane Farnsworth in 1960 and moved to Eastern Canada. He began a career with P & G in 1962 which spanned 35 years. He moved to Cincinnati, Ohio in 1967 and subsequently to Lima, Peru and Caracas,Venezuela in charge of modernizing existing plants and building new ones. He retired in 1997 and began extensive travels with his wife. They visited over 40 countries. He was a lifelong servant of the Lord doing mission work here in the U.S. and traveling on over 35 Mission trips to 5 different South American countries. He was a 45 year member of the Northmister Presbyterian Church serving as: Elder, Trustee, Chair of Mission Relationships, Choir member and Co-chair of "Connect" community project. He was a founding member of Men's Bible Study. Murray was a community volunteer at Hoxworth Blood Bank, City Gospel Mission, American Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity.
