Patricia Ann Cavanaugh
(nee Black) beloved wife of 54 years to Thomas Cavanaugh, loving mother Elizabeth (Fred) Held and Jonathan (Laura) Cavanaugh, grandmother of Audrey, Abigail, Jacob, Ben, Leo, Max and Eva, sister of Dee Wolf, Darlene Reatherford, Ruth (Gary) Campbell and the late Luke (Anita-living) Black, many nieces and nephews. Passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at age 76. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 30th from 5-8 PM at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson 4619 Delhi Rd. Funeral Mass Wednesday, May 1st at 10:30 AM at St. Martin of Tours. Memorial contributions may be made to Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
