Ramona L. Baldwin, a vibrant and loving soul whose creative spirit touched the lives of many, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2026. Born on November 29, 1954, in Cincinnati, Ramona’s life was a beautiful tapestry woven with love, artistry, and devotion to her family and passions.
A proud graduate of Western Hills High School’s Class of 1973, Ramona carried her zest for life and creativity into everything she pursued. She enjoyed a fulfilling career as an Administrative Manager at Intertek Caleb Brett, where her dedication and warmth were felt by all who worked alongside her. Yet, it was beyond the office walls where Ramona’s true joy blossomed—in her quilting, crocheting, and imaginative art designs, she found endless ways to express her vibrant and beautiful spirit. Her hobbies included trap shooting, sunbathing, and playing cards, simple pleasures that added to the richness of her life. She held a special affection for her beloved birds and cat, cherishing the comfort and companionship they provided.
Ramona was affectionately known as the “Life of the Party,” a fun-loving and spirited woman who could light up any room with her presence. Her personality was a radiant blend of creativity and warmth, marked by an enduring love for those around her.
Above all else, Ramona’s proudest accomplishments centered around her family. She was a devoted wife for 46 years to Mike Baldwin, sharing countless memories filled with laughter and love. As a mother, she nurtured Holly (Steve “Boo”) Waynick, Jennifer (Brandon) Mitchell, and Kandie Baldwin with unwavering care and guidance. Her legacy lives on in her grandchildren, Hope (Scott), Brandon, Myla, Grace, Landon, and Annemarie, who brought immense joy to her heart, as well as in her great-granddaughter Anastasia, and "Another on the Way" who carry forward the light of Ramona’s love.
Family remained at the core of Ramona’s essence. She was the cherished daughter of Earl and Joan Dunaway, whose memories she treasured deeply. She shared a special bond with her siblings: Earl (Sherri) Dunaway, Preston (Kelly) Dunaway, Victor Dunaway, Kandie (Fred) Madden, Maria Esparza along with her late sister Carmen (Victor) Bang. Mona is the aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, May 8th at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd. from 5 p.m. until time of memorial service at 7 p.m.
Ramona L. Baldwin embodied the spirit of love, creativity, and joy—a beautiful soul whose light will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of her family and all who knew her. Her legacy is one of a life fully embraced, a loving family nurtured, and a creative spirit that brought beauty into the world. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered forever.
