Richard J. Franklin
Beloved husband of Deborah Franklin (nee Knue), loving father of Mike Franklin, Darci (Chris) Roddy, Davone' Shinkle and Drew Shinkle, grandfather of Kayla, Drew, Lexi, Leanna, Dominic and Carter, brother-in-law of Ray (Denise), Inita, Robert, Richard (Michelle), Nance (Paul) and LeaAnn (Dave), uncle of many nieces and nephews. Passed away March 22, 2022. Age 73. Services April 2, 2022 Delhi Hills Baptist Church 5421 Foley Road Cin. Oh 45238 Visitation 12-1PM with service following. There will be a Celebration of life immediately after at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Paws of Dearborn County or Delhi Hills Baptist Church for Missions.
