His love for music showcased his warm spirit and ability to bring people together. Furthermore, he enjoyed taking scenic drives, exploring the beauty of the world alongside Kathleen.

Richard is survived by his beloved wife, Kathleen Wagner, and his stepsister, Patty McGuffin. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nancy and Robert Wagner, his brother, Robert Wagner Jr., and his stepbrother, Fred Sweeney.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd. from 10:00 a.m. until time of memorial service at 11:00 a.m.

Richard George Wagner leaves behind a legacy of love, service, and a spirit that will be dearly missed by all who knew him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
