Sandra S. Seevers

Sandra S. Seevers lived to be 72 years old on this earth.  She has been telling people for years that the most important decision they will ever make is the decision that determines where they will spend eternity. Because she was a believer and follower of Jesus Christ, on September 11, 2022 she took up residence in her new eternal address-Heaven.

She is the beloved and devoted wife of Mason Seevers, the adored mom of Matthew (Kim) Seevers, Megan Begley and Paul (Lauren) Seevers.  Grandmother of Macquelle, Brennan (Jacqueline) and Nathaniel (Josey) Seevers, Joshua and Olivia Lighthall, Elise and Crosley Seevers, and Quinn Begley.  Great-grandmother of Graham and Emerson Seevers. Sister of Ric (Barbara) Hine.

Sandie worked for 30 years at Diamond Oaks as Student Services Secretary before retiring in 2020.  She loved reading, traveling, the beach, Amish Country in Ohio and the mountains of Tennessee. She loved spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren.  Taking pictures and making photo books were a passion.  She recently completed a book on the Seevers Family Legacy of Faith.

Sandie was a faithful Christian who loved reading the Bible and living by its truths.  She was a Bible study teacher and guest speaker at Women’s Retreats.  Her friends formed the Journey Girls for Bible Study and Fellowship. She will be missed by her family and her lifelong friends.

Visitation will be at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Pike on Wednesday, September 14th from 4-7PM and on September 15th from 9 AM until time of service at 10 AM at The Presbyterian Church of Hamilton, 23 S. Front Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.  Memorial contributions  may be made to Matthew 25: Ministries, 11060 Kenwood Rd. Cincinnati, Oh 45242.
