Steven D. Elkins, beloved son of Charles C. and the late Shirley Elkins (nee Smith), loving brother of Stephanie Widener, dear uncle of Olivia Widener. Steve will be remembered and loved by many friends and family, he loved history, fishing and taxidermy. He attended Central Academy of Art and Mariemont High School. Steve passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2016 surrounded by his family. Services will be private.
