Virginia L. Niehaus

February 10, 1941 — February 15, 2022

Virginia L. Niehaus was the daughter of the late John and Rose Busam and the wife of the late James Niehaus.  Mother of Tim, Jon (Mary Moore) and Eric (Jill) Niehaus.  Cherished grandmother of Ryan Niehaus, Nathan Niehaus and Jackson Hollon.  Ginny is also survived by her brother Jack (Jenny) Busam, sisters Mary Busam, Linda (Marty) Burns, and many nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her sister Barbara (Bob) Davis.

Ginny grew up in Cincinnati and attended St. Xavier's Commercial High School.  She was an avid Reds fan and often told stories about watching the Reds as a young adult at Crosley Field.

Ginny and Jim (the love of her life) settled in Delhi, where they raised three boys.  Following Jim's death in 1985, Ginny went from being a stay-at-home mother to working for The Couple to Couple League, where she was employed until her retirement.

Ginny took great pride in raising her three sons and spending as much time as possible with her grandsons.

Ginny loved playing Jeopardy against her son Tim and watching any Cincinnati Sports team.

Ginny was a strong-willed woman who loved her family with all of her heart.  She will be deeply missed by so many, but there is great comfort in knowing that she has been reunited with her soulmate.

Per Ginny's wishes there will be no visitation; however, the family will hold a graveside prayer service.  In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in support of Ginny's son, Timothy Niehaus.
