(nee Smith) Beloved wife of the late John Ratliff, loving mother of Lorraine (Darrell) Christy, Sabrina Ratliff, and the late John Ratliff Jr., dear grandmother of Tim (Angela) Christy and Chad (Lora) Christy, great-grandmother of Jessie (Chris) Dillon and Issac Christy, great-great-grandmother of Jeannie "Louie" and Reese Dillon, sister of Sylvia Cole, Tom Smith, Bill Smith, Sandra Hay, Cindy Smith and the late Gary Smith. She is also preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Lill Smith. Passed away Friday, September 3, 2021. The family gives many thanks to Three Rivers Nursing Home for caring for Jean. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 8th from 5-8PM at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45238. Funeral Service will be Thursday, September 9th at 11AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at St. Joseph New Cemetery (1 mile from the funeral home). Memorials may be made to the family.
