Beloved son of the late Joseph A. Schimpf III and Kathleen Schimpf, loving brother of Kimberly Emig, Christina Schimpf, Jason Schimpf and Todd Schimpf, uncle of Alexander Emig and Callie Munch, dear nephew of Teresa Markus, Amy Luken, Sister Rose Marie Lipps, Richard Lipps, Marietta Yunker, Donna (Jim) Hengehold, Sharon (Don) Holtz, Janet (Ron) Goldsberry, Bernadette Lipps, Faye Lipps and the late Don Lipps and Fran (Ken) Weldele, beloved grandson of the late Joseph Jr. and Kitty Schimpf and Henry and Teresa Lipps, many cousins and friends. Joe was a graduate of Elder High School '93 and Northern Kentucky University. Passed away suddenly, November 20, 2020. Age 45. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, December 7, 2020 at Our Lady of Victory Church, 810 Neeb Rd. at 11:00 AM. Memorials may be made to the Delhi Skirt Game or Our Lady of Victory Church.
