Louis E. Sr. went to be with the Lord on December 13, 2017 in Grant County. He was a life long resident of Covington and Ft. Mitchell. Lou was an avid outdoorsman, both hunting and fishing. His greatest joy was his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Judy Bloom (nee Burchell), his son, Lou Bloom Jr. and his daughters, Tricia Bloom Ottaway and the late Tracy Ranson, his grandchildren, Cristen Appleton, Courtney Johnson, Jackson Ottaway and 7 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday, December 21st at Blessed Sacrament Church, 2409 Dixie Highway, Ft. Mitchell, KY from 8:30AM until time of funeral mass 10:00AM. Memorials may be made to Cincinnati Children's Hospital, 3333 Burnet Ave. Cinti, OH 45229. www.vittstermeranderson.com
