(nee Manning) beloved wife of the late Richard Watkins, loving mother of Richard (Jodie) Watkins Jr. and the late Pamela Connelly, dear grandmother of Michael (Lena), Aaron (Jessica), Joseph (Aundrea), Skylar and great-grandmother of Lana, Caragan, Trista, Teagan, Charlie, Brodie and Ava. Passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2020. Formerly of Price Hill. Visitation will be at the Vitt, Stermer and Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Pike Friday, January 31st from 1PM until time of funeral blessing 2PM.
