"Jack" loving mother of Michael Welsh and Constance Meyer, grandmother of Trevor (Kaylee), Abigail and Katherine, sister of Barbara Breen, aunt of Darrell (JoAnn) Breen. Passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021 at age 85. Visitation Monday 11:30 AM until time of service at 1:30 PM at the Vitt, Stermer and Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Southwest Ohio, 7625 Camargo Rd. (45243).
