(nee Hibbard) Beloved wife of the late Toby Frye, loving mother of Roseann (Mike) Ramirez, Brenda Frye, Johnny Frye and the late Tobylee Frye, dear grandmother of Brandon, Amber, Austin, Ashley, Tori, Brittany, Tayla and great grandmother of Jayden, Harper and Vayar, dear sister of Don (Bev) Hibbard, Vada (the late Eddie) Steins, Sonny (Gwen Barrett) Hibbard, Carl (Tammy Borgman) Hibbard, Lea (Lester) Addis, Ronald (Libby) Hibbard and the late Tammy (Jacob) Warren, Sandy Steins, Paul Hibbard, Diane (Ronald) Hopkins, beloved daughter of the late Robert and Virgie Hibbard, aunt of many nieces and nephews. Passed away suddenly, Thursday, March 2, 2023. Age 71. Visitation will be Thursday, March 9th at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Pike from 10:30AM until time of service at 12:30PM. Memorials may be made to your charity of choice.
